Recently, our church voted to affiliate with the Association of Welcoming and Affirming Baptists (AWAB). On Wednesday, September 30, at 6:30 p.m., AWAB’s Executive Director, Brian Henderson, will join us by Zoom for a conversation about who AWAB is, the kind of work they are doing, and what it means for us to be a partner congregation. Come to learn more about this new identity partner of FBCX! We’ll meet in the Fellowship Hall at 6:30 p.m., as this opportunity will be our adult program for the evening.
