Fees
Member & Non-Member:
Custodian – $17.50 per hour; Audio Visual Technician – $20 per hour or $75 for a wedding; Kitchen Staff – $10 per hour
Additional Fees for Non-Members:
Sanctuary – $500; Chapel – $75; Great Room – $100; Fellowship Hall & Kitchen – $250

Responsibilities after Building Use
Please note that it is the responsibility of the group or individual using the facility to set up, clean up, and return the facility to normal setup after the approved event or activity.
1. Collect all garbage into trash cans.
2. Wipe off tables. If stains occur on tables or floors please notify office so correct cleaning solutions can be used to remove stains.
3. Return all tables, chairs, easels, and other equipment to their proper places after your event. Return all rooms used to their normal set up.
4. If using the kitchen, please place all dishes in the wash station in the kitchen. Take all extra food and beverage with you unless specific plans for usage have been made with the kitchen staff. Wipe counters and leave kitchen clean and ready for the next use.
5. Sweep floors as needed. Report any damage to equipment or property promptly to the office.
6. Remove any items put up on the walls or set out in connection with your event.
7. If the building is not in use when finished, please check that all doors are locked and lights are off.
8. Set the alarm if you are the last person leaving.
Please provide a table layout for any special setups. Maximum seating in Fellowship Hall is 152. We have 19 round tables with 8 chairs. We also have 6 eight foot tables that can be used as serving tables. Kitchen equipment can only be used by church employees.

KITCHEN ETIQUETTE
1. Check with church office for availability of date desired. This will not be on the schedule until approved.
2. There could be more than one activity that uses the kitchen in the same week. Please bring your food and supplies the day of the event.

3. Please return items to where you found them.
4. Please take home all food and beverage items. We have limited space to store these in our refrigerator.
5. Clean-up: Please put all dishes at the wash station, wipe counter tops and stove, clean sink and sweep floor if needed. Leave used dish cloths and towels in the sink. They will be picked up and laundered. Trash: Trash should be put in garbage cans and tied. Custodian will dispose of bags. Please take anything you would like recycled.
